Shipping of goods is prompt once the payment for the order has been confirmed. It is to be noted that although you may specify your preferred shipping method, we may vary this method if we feel that we need to secure the shipping with a courier or registered post delivery. This will be clear to you when we send you the final cost of the order, before you make your payment.
We do ship world-wide after providing you with Airmail or international courier shipping costs. For small items Australia Post Airmail works well. However for more expensive items, we may opt to send it via International courier to safeguard delivery further. We do not take responsibility for duties and taxes at your end, if these are applicable. Please make your enquiries with us before hand if you have any queries.
As a first line of support, please check all product documentation at hand for help. Your next line of support should be to check the manufacturer’s website for technical help and updates that may have been issued. If you are still unable to resolve issues, then please contact us and we will put you in touch with the best technical resource available locally. We will try our best to support you getting the best use out of your product.
All products purchased through us are guaranteed for 12 months against product faults through normal use. Our tax invoice is your proof of purchase. If damage occurred due to other abnormal causes, this may not be covered by our warrantee. In the first instance, please contact us and we will try to troubleshoot the problem with you. If a product is defective, we will refund, repair or exchange the product for you. Returns will also be accepted in the event of the wrong product having been sent to you; these will be replaced or refunded as soon as possible. All returns are subject to our inspection.
If the product is outside the warranty period, we can try to help you by sending the product to the relevant service agent for assessment. Assessment and repair fees may apply in this case. We recommend that you also check the manufacturer's customer care hotline or website to troubleshoot any problems.
Your personal details are held in the strictest confidence in our system. As a matter of strict policy we do not pass any of your information to any other third party. We permanently delete sensitive information from our databases during our regular maintenance updates.
